The site gives charities and non-profit organisations — and, at its discretion, universities and educational bodies — a standing discount on its services. These are its terms.
A licensed organisation that does not seek profit: a charity or civil-society association registered with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector (NCNP) in Saudi Arabia, or with the equivalent authority in its own country. The site may also grant it to a university, an educational body or a government body, case by case. Not-for-profit conferences run by students are exempt from every event-management fee, as set out on the «Free for student conferences» page.
A copy of the current licence or registration certificate, in the organisation's own name, uploaded from an account that represents it. The document is kept in private storage that only the requester and the site administrator can see, and you may ask for it to be deleted once the request has been decided. For a student conference: a letter or email from the faculty adviser or department, the society's page on the university website, or the call for papers naming the student committee.
The approval states the percentage, the services it covers, and its end date if it has one. It applies to invoices issued after approval and does not apply to an invoice paid before it.
Two discounts are never combined on one invoice: if a discount code and a standing discount are both valid, the larger of the two is applied. The invoice shows the original price, the discount and its reason, and the net amount — and the payment gateway is only ever asked for the net.
Sign in with the organisation's account and send the request with its document from the «Discount request for an organisation» page. It is answered on the same page, approved or declined with a reason.
It ends on its date if it has one. The site may withdraw it if the licence lapses, the organisation's status changes, or it is misused; withdrawal does not affect an invoice issued before it.
Online payment is not open yet, and requests are accepted from now: whatever is approved today applies to the first invoice issued after it opens.
