Other platforms' prices as published on 2026-09-22. Ours are read from this site's own price list, so this table and the checkout cannot disagree. Dollar figures are approximate: the riyal is pegged at 3.75 to the dollar, and your card is charged in riyals while your bank converts.
Two of those are free or nearly free, and they are on the list on purpose. Microsoft CMT costs nothing and EasyChair costs a few dollars a submission — but both do submission and refereeing and stop there. If that is all you need, they are good. The comparison worth making is with the platforms that run the whole conference, and that is where the difference is fourfold.
EventSheets was built by Professor Abdulaziz bin Humaid Alhomaid, Professor of Philology and Lexicography at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, former Vice-Dean of the College of Arabic Language for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Head of its Department of Grammar, Morphology and Philology. He chaired the academic committee of Arabic in International Organisations at the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, and has taken part in twenty-two conferences across nine countries — as organiser, as reviewer and as contributor.
The site came out of that. The attendance lists, the certificates written out one at a time, the email threads where a submission goes missing — this was built to do away with them, by someone who had done all three by hand. More about the site and its founder →
