No fee per attendee and no percentage of any ticket: the organising body pays once per event, and your participants pay nothing to this site.
Publishing your event here is free, always: its page, the calendar, the map, the archive, and its place in search. The fee is for the management services: receiving and peer review submissions, sessions and the programme, invitee lists and committees, tent cards and badges, attendance and participation certificates carrying a verification code, messaging participants, downloading the event data, and the book of abstracts and volume of papers.
The organising body pays the site once per event. The site takes nothing from participants, and the organiser is free to charge participants a fee.
Your price is held: Whoever subscribes at one step keeps its price to the end of the term they bought, even after the table rises. Moving early really does pay — not only in the advertisement.
Collection is not open yet: The prices above are published, but the payment gateway is not open yet — so every service is free right now. What you build before it opens stays yours, and nobody is charged for an event created on a day when no way to pay was offered.
