Which events need nothing beyond publishing?

Publishing only for: Academic Lecture, Academic Meeting, Discussion circle, Meeting, Thesis Defence, International Day, Book Signing, Scholarship, Fellowship, Initiative, Opportunity — any of these may still take services at the Basic package fee.

I started with Basic and now need paper submissions – what do I do?

Started on the Basic package and need submissions and peer review? Upgrade the event to the Scientific Conference package and pay only the difference.

Is there a special price for student conferences?

Is there a discount for associations and non-profits?

Yes, on request, reviewed against published terms. Discount for charities and non-profits

In which currency do I pay?

Prices are in Saudi riyals and subject to the published terms and refund policy. Cards are charged in Saudi riyals (SAR); your own bank converts at its rate. International cards are accepted.
