  • دراسة الأسس النظرية والشرعية لمبدأ الحيطة.
  • تحليل تطبيقه على مستوى السياسات الصحية والتشريعات الوقائية.
  • مناقشة المخاطر الصحية المعقّدة وسبل مواجهتها قانونيًا وعلميًا.
