ملتقى وطني تنظّمه جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد بالطارف حول التحوّل الرقمي لقانون الأعمال. ينطلق من أن الخيار الرقمي بات آلية لتدعيم الشفافية وتبسيط الإجراءات، وأنه أفرز تحدّيات قانونية أبرزها حماية المعطيات والبيانات الشخصية وأمن المعلومات الإلكترونية وطبيعة المسؤولية.

الأهداف

  • تسليط الضوء على القوانين المتعلقة بالتحوّل الرقمي في مجال الأعمال.
  • تحديد ضوابط الانتقال من قانون الأعمال الرقمي إلى القانون الاقتصادي الرقمي.
  • تحديد أشكال الاستثمار الرقمي في المنظومة التشريعية الجزائرية.
  • تحديد سبل حماية المعاملات الرقمية في بيئة الأعمال.
