ملتقى تنظّمه كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة تيزي وزو حول الحوكمة الرقمية للقطاع المصرفي والمالي، بوصفها آلية لتعزيز الشفافية وتحسين جودة الخدمات وضمان أمن المعاملات والتحكّم في المخاطر السيبرانية، في ضوء تحديث المشرّع الجزائري للمنظومة التشريعية والتنظيمية.

الأهداف

  • دراسة الإطار القانوني الجزائري المنظِّم للرقمنة المصرفية.
  • تقييم واقع الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية في الجزائر.
  • مناقشة المخاطر السيبرانية وسبل إدارتها في البنوك.
  • تقديم توصيات لتطوير الحوكمة الرقمية في هذا المجال.
