مؤتمر تنظّمه كلية القانون بجامعة سبها حول الجريمة المنظّمة العابرة للحدود، التي اتّسعت رقعتها وازداد نشاطها حتى صارت جريمة دولية، ترتبط بالتغيّرات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وبخاصة في مناطق النزاع وعدم الاستقرار — ومنطقة دول الساحل والصحراء من أكثرها تأثّرًا.

الأهداف

تحديد مفهوم الجريمة المنظّمة العابرة للحدود وصورها المختلفة والمتجدّدة.
تحليل دوافع انتشارها.

المحاور

ماهية الجريمة المنظّمة العابرة للحدود.
الإطار القانوني وفعالية التشريعات الإفريقية في مكافحتها.
أنواعها: الاتجار بالبشر والمخدرات وتهريب السلاح.
