A graded path in commercial arbitration that starts with associate membership, then membership, then fellowship, covering arbitration law and procedure and the drafting of awards. In Saudi Arabia it is offered in Arabic in cooperation between the Institute and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, which opens it to those who do not study in English.
Lawyers and legal advisers, contract managers, and anyone nominated as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
A legal background or experience in contracts and disputes. Each level has its own requirements, and fellowship requires practical experience.
