1What it is
Training that qualifies people to assess against the EFQM Model, the reference behind most organisational and government excellence awards in the Gulf: analysing an organisation's ecosystem and stakeholders, applying the model's criteria and RADAR logic, the site visit and writing the report. It is expected of members of award assessment teams and of those who self-assess their own organisation.
2Who it suits
Quality, institutional excellence and strategic planning officers in government bodies, universities and companies.
3What it requires
No formal prerequisite; it is more useful after some familiarity with the model.
4How it is earned
Training of a few days offered by EFQM and its certified training organisations, followed by an assessment that confers assessor status. Ask which version of the model is taught, as the model is revised every few years.
When a centre or body posts a course that prepares for it, we send you one email about it.
