The institute's senior certification in business analysis: understanding an organisation's needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and evaluating solutions before they are bought or built. It is based on the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, and the institute has lower-level certifications for those starting out.
Business and systems analysts, process improvement officers, and anyone who writes requirements for technical projects.
Long business analysis experience spread across the knowledge areas, professional development hours and two references.
An application that is reviewed, then an exam at an authorised centre or online with a proctor. Those without the required experience start with the institute's entry certificate.
