المعماريون ومهندسو المباني والاستشاريون ومديرو المرافق، ومن يعمل في مشاريع تشترط شهادة استدامة.
المستوى التأسيسي لا يشترط سابقة؛ والمتخصّص يفترض مشاركة في مشروع مسجَّل في النظام.
اختبار لكلّ مستوى يُحجز من موقع المجلس، والمادّة المرجعية منشورة، ويستعين كثيرون بدورة تحضيرية قصيرة.
