1What it is
The statutory route to practising valuation in Saudi Arabia: a fellowship in one branch of valuation (real estate, businesses, machinery and equipment, and others) earned by passing its levels of exams and logging experience hours. Anyone who issues a valuation report relied on by a public body, a bank or a court needs it.
2Who it suits
Real estate valuers, accountants and financial analysts moving into business valuation, and engineers valuing machinery and equipment.
3What it requires
A degree in a field suited to the branch, passing the fellowship levels, and experience hours set by each branch.
4How it is earned
The whole process runs through the authority's online portal: membership, exam registration and logging experience hours. Holders of some recognised international fellowships have a shorter route through the authority's exams.
When a centre or body posts a course that prepares for it, we send you one email about it.
