What a participant sees

A demo event: every name, paper, score and figure on these pages is invented for the demonstration, any resemblance to real people’s names is unintended, and nothing you press is saved.

The time, in yours

The time is written in the event’s own zone, and the site adds the reader’s local time beside it when they differ — a researcher in Rabat or Kuala Lumpur does not do the arithmetic.

3 December 2026 · 09:00 Riyadh time (GMT+3)

Google Calendar Outlook

The two calendar buttons put it in your calendar in one click, at the right hour wherever you are.

Your fee

Participants pick their category from the organiser’s table and the add-ons they want, and see the total before paying. Try it:

Add-ons, added to a category:

Total: SAR

They then pay into the organiser’s account directly and upload the receipt on the same page, where the organiser sees it. The money never passes through the site.

Entry pass

It arrives once the registration is accepted. They show it on their phone at the door; the organiser scans it and attendance is recorded in a second.

Reviewers’ comments

They reach you without the reviewers’ names: review is blind.

1. The classroom trial is well designed; the sample needs a fuller description.

2. Update the recent references and shorten the first section.
