The statutory gateway to practising any health profession in Saudi Arabia: the practitioner is classified at a professional grade according to qualification and experience, then registered to practise. For a growing number of specialties the Commission requires passing the Saudi licensing exam before classification.
Physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and allied health specialties, new graduates, and those coming to work from outside Saudi Arabia.
A recognised health qualification, verification of the qualification and experience, and passing the licensing exam where required.
The whole procedure runs through an account on the Commission's Mumaris platform: submitting the application, uploading documents and booking the exam. The content and blueprint of each exam are published on the Commission's website, which is the reference to prepare from.
