An executive programme for senior people in the meetings and events industry, concerned with leadership, strategy, innovation and conflict resolution rather than operational detail. It is offered by the largest professional body for meeting professionals in partnership with an American university, and combines an in-person session, remote study and a capstone project. It is the step after the CMP for someone who leads an events team rather than runs a single event.

Long experience in the industry, including years in a management role and responsibility for a budget. Admission is by an application that is reviewed, with a CV, a personal statement and a letter of recommendation.
Small cohorts that start with an in-person session of a few days, followed by live online sessions and self-paced assignments, ending with an applied project. Cohort dates are announced on the programme page.
