أوسع اعتماد مهني في صناعة الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات، قائم على معايير دولية تغطّي التخطيط الاستراتيجي والميزانية والعقود وإدارة المخاطر واختيار المواقع والخدمات اللوجستية وقياس أثر الفعالية. ويشترط خبرة عملية وساعات تعلّم قبل الاختبار، فهو شهادة على ممارسة لا على حضور دورة.
منظّمو المؤتمرات والفعاليات، ومديرو الفعاليات في الجامعات والجهات والشركات، ومن يعمل في التخطيط والتنسيق منذ سنوات ويريد اعتمادًا يُعرف خارج جهته.
خبرة عملية في تنظيم الفعاليات تُحسب بالسنوات، وساعات تعليم مستمر معتمدة. وتخفَّف مدّة الخبرة لحملة شهادة جامعية في التخصّص.
تُقدَّم طلبًا يُراجع أولًا، ثم اختبار يُؤدَّى في مركز معتمد أو عن بُعد بمراقبة. ومعايير الاختبار منشورة في «المعايير الدولية» على موقع المجلس، وهي المرجع الذي يُحضَّر منه.
